In a contract dispute between two former business partners, we were asked to investigate claims made regarding contract dates and the existence of various contractual documents. Through the use of digital forensic techniques, The Intelligence Group was able to factually determine that a document key to the plaintiff's claimed timeline had been created after-the-fact, and fraudulently post-dated in an attempt to provide supplementary evidence.
