Program Design and Implementation

The Intelligence Group designs and implements corporate security programs for clients that provide an efficient and effective approach to mitigating risk. Many clients develop de facto security programs as they attempt to keep pace with growth, and ultimately experience problems with inconsistent practices, lack of common authority, or inadequate risk assessment.  The development of an over-riding program with formal policy and procedure is necessary to successfully integrate the various corporate entities that collectively comprise this function – be it Operations, Facilities, Human Resources, Legal, Information Systems or the executive suite. We have been a pioneering designer of corporate security programs that integrate the often-varied tenants of physical security, information security and operational security under a common management approach or structure – necessary to adequately mitigate risks for today’s corporations.   

Policy and Procedure Development  

The Intelligence Group can develop, draft and implement security policy and procedures ranging from discrete applications to corporate-wide security programs.  We have experience developing policy and procedure for areas that include:

We also prepare protocols for clients with highly specific needs such as the management of biological and chemical terrorism risks, and securing of vulnerable areas such as chemical storage and manufacturing areas.  

Training Programs  

The Intelligence Group can create custom training solutions to assist an organization in the implementation of policy and procedures.  Through the training modules designed by The Intelligence Group, employees will gain the necessary understanding of the policies and the need for compliance.  The Intelligence Group has the ability to deliver these training solutions utilizing a variety of methodologies, ranging from on-site classes to electronic media accessed by the student.
