E-mail and Internet message board investigations

In today’s digital age, individuals, corporations and law enforcement agencies often find themselves dealing with issues involving inappropriate use of Internet e-mail and messaging services.  Issues can range from the posting of inappropriate or confidential information on Internet message boards, to tracking the source of e-mail messages or attacks.  In many of these cases, finding out who is responsible is not often easy, but identification can be made through a combination of high tech and classical investigative techniques.  The Intelligence Group has significant experience conducting these types of investigations, and we also understand the legal nuances that may be involved with such incidents.
