The development of factual evidence is a key to successful litigation.  In today’s litigation settings, however, the discovery process is often relied upon as the sole means to develop the facts.  Traditional discovery can often be incomplete, non-responsive, or intentionally misleading.  The ability to develop sound, factual evidence early on in a litigation setting provides the user with a distinct advantage in managing and ultimately resolving the issue at hand.

Our experience runs the gamut from simple to complex, ranging from witness interviews in vetting claims made, to the historical reconstruction of past operating conditions of a business.  Many clients utilize us early on in a litigation matter, to gain an understanding of the factual underpinnings of a case to develop a successful strategy.  For others, we provide assistance in the discovery process for issues such as the production of electronic records, and assist them by vetting and investigating information obtained in depositions, answers to interrogatories, and other information requests.
